DC Cherry Blossoms

A couple weeks ago (disclaimer, when I initially wrote this it read "last weekend"...I really am terrible), I ran the DC Cherry Blossom 10 miler with one of my favorite people, my mom. This race has always been on my bucket list and seeing the cherry blossoms in bloom has always been on hers so it was a win-win. Family is really important to me and being so spread out will always be hard, which makes times like these so special. Neither of us are gifted runners, so we just went out there and had fun.

It was a gorgeous day and I was able to get some great shots. I am so lucky to not only live in such a gorgeous place, but also that the place is sandwiched between two other beautiful cities - DC and Baltimore. And yes, Baltimore is beautiful…you just have to know where to look.

Back to the topic of me being really bad at updating this. Two things:

1. Follow me on Instagram. I am so much better at updating with new shots there. Insta is my jam.

2. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations/tips on using Wix? I'm not very tech savvy, so I find the site difficult. Lately, I've been considering switching to wordpress or blogspot. Any suggestions? Anyone even reading this? Bueller...Bueller...
